Job Description:

As a Quality Manager at Olystra Special Tools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for conducting quality audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will also develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and processes that enhance our manufacturing operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Skills Required:


  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role or related field (Automotive industry preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical from a recognized institution.

  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes including machining & surface treatment; knowledge of heat treatment processes an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in reading drawings using drawing reading software; ability to create reports using MS Office tools like Word & Excel.
