Our Product Development team collaborates with you to understand the issue from multiple angles. We inspect the automobile and its components to take measurements and determine if an existing tool can be customized to solve the problem. If not, we start designing a new tool from scratch. We also inquire about constraints, safety measures, and other functions that need to be included in the design. With all this information, you’ll receive a sketch of the tool to give you a basic idea of the solution.

Using our in-house PD facility, we manufacture the prototype in record time. The prototype is then tested on the problematic component to ensure it effectively addresses the issue. We carefully note customer feedback during this process to refine and perfect the prototype.
We continuously refine and enhance the prototype until it meets the highest standards of design, precision, and reliability. Reiterations of the prototype are completed with astonishing speed, often within 24 hours. The prototype is optimized for reliability, safety, and durability until the customer is fully satisfied.
Once the final prototype iteration is approved, we create the drawing in SolidWorks using global standards and submit the final price quote. This is accompanied by reports on raw material testing, hardness, and surface coating.
