For nearly three decades, Olystra has been dedicated to making the servicing of vehicles safe, efficient, and swift. While manufacturers produce world-class vehicles and aggregates, we ensure that the servicing of these vehicles meets the same high standards. Our specialized tools have consistently brought satisfaction to mechanics in India and beyond.

This is the guiding philosophy at Olympic Industrials for nearly three decades. While automobile manufacturers are building world class vehicles, we help to make the servicing of these vehicles safe, efficient and fast. Our special tools have been putting a smile on the faces of mechanics across the globe. We are the only company in India that has 100% focus on the design, development and manufacture of special tools.

Proper segregation and disposal of waste, increasing green cover in our vicinity, prioritizing reduce-reuse-recycle practices, and preventing fumes are just some of the measures we have taken to enhance sustainability and reduce our carbon footprint. The wellbeing of our team members is of utmost importance to us. We ensure a safe work place by providing necessary personal protective gear, safety equipment, and implementing safety protocols. All employees receive health insurance and personal accident insurance, and annual health checkups are part of our employee care program. Officially founded Olympic Industrials with a workshop and an office at Royapuram, Chennai.

2012

Officially established a design & a product development team.

Received our ISO certification.

First international tools delivery.

First special tool developed for a hybrid vehicle for an international OEM.

Established a new quality and logistics centre at Vichoor Industrial Estate, Chennai.

Founder
K.Bakthavatsalu, the founder is exceptionally skilled at ideating and designing of special tools to solve real life problems faced by mechanics. He was responsible for Olystra’s initial success and now continues to mentor the younger generation of engineers at Olystra.

K.B Sridhar

CEO
K.B. Sridhar is an entrepreneur who successfully led Olystra from being a minor player to a preferred supplier for special tools, by transforming it into highly structured and mature organisation.

S. Nandakumar

COO
S. Nandakumar aims to develop Olystra into a globally relevant company by ensuring operational efficiency to achieve business strategies. He focuses on enhancing Olystra's visibility and credibility worldwide, using digital methods and innovative solutions to connect with international customers.

Ashapriya Sridhar

CFO
Ashapriya drives the financial strategy and is in charge of the internal finance controls, analysis and reporting. She manages cashflow, minimising risk, ensuring compliance and making Olystra financially robust.
